Can I customise a package?

Absolutely yes. While my services are grouped into clear packages, every business is unique. If you need something a little different, I’m happy to tailor a custom solution that fits your needs.

What if I only need a logo?

I don’t offer logo-only projects — and here’s why. A single logo can’t carry the full story of your brand. I believe in building complete visual identities that reflect your values and connect across every touchpoint. The investment in full branding is one that truly pays off.

How do payments work?

For UK clients, payments are made via bank transfer. International clients can pay via Wise. Payment details will be included in your proposal.

Do you offer payment plans?

Yes. Projects can be split into two payments: a 50% deposit to secure your spot, and the remaining 50% due before final delivery.

How do I know which package is right for me?

We’ll help guide you based on your goals, whether you’re starting from scratch or need a full refresh. We will cover this in our discovery call.

Do you offer just website design without branding?

Yes! If you already have a solid brand identity in place, I’m happy to design a website that builds on your existing visuals and strategy. I’ll just need to review your current branding first to ensure it aligns with the type of websites I create.
